All prices include bed linen, towels and heating as well as the “basics” (some tea, coffee, biscuits, fresh milk, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, ‘Spa’ toiletries, loo paper and kitchen roll).

• Weekend breaks - 2 night weekends available most of year – Friday to Sunday evening , please ask for rates

• Dogs £15 - by arrangement only – we have our own dogs and livestock.

• Horses welcome – grazing available
