Cancellation
If for any reason you have to cancel at any time during the 6 week period before the arrival date, you will be liable for the booking in full, unless we are able to re-let the property. If we succeed in re-letting then we will refund to you any such rentals received, less your deposit, which is non-refundable. If you have to cancel your holiday prior to 6 weeks before the arrival date you would simply lose your deposit. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance.
Cleaning and damages
We reserve the right to charge for breakages and for extra cleaning if the property is not left reasonably clean and tidy. The guest is responsible to pay for any damage or breakages.
